1. תכנית בסיסית (מוגבלת בק"מ) כוללת:

• 250 ק"מ ליום, 0.45 אירו על כל חריגת ק"מ (סה"כ ק"מ מוצג במשבצת Voucher Includes בנספח הראשון של שובר ההשכרה)
• כיסוי נזק CDW(עם השתתפות עצמית בגובה של 1,050 – 1,450 אירו, תלוי בקבוצת הרכב)
• כיסוי גניבה THW (עם השתתפות עצמית בגובה של 1,050 – 1,450 אירו, תלוי בקבוצת הרכב)
• צמיגי חורף (בין התאריכים 1 לנובמבר עד 31 למרץ)

2. ביטול עסקה : ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .

2. 2  מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.

3. איחור מעל שעה בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.

4. גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 18 עם וותק של שנה לרכבים מסוג Economy -Compact Elite

וותק של 3 שנים לרכבים מקבוצת Intermediate ומעלה .

מינימום גיל 18 - לרכבים מסוג: Mini; Economy; Economy Elite; Compact; Compact Elite

מינימום גיל 21 - לרכבים מסוג:Intermediate; Intermediate Elite; Standard; Standard Elite; Fullsize

לרכבי יוקרה יש צורך בשני כרטיסי אשראי בפיקדון.

5. מעבר גבולות: בתוספת תשלום בתחנה 7.5€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים או מקסימום 30€ לכל התקופה + מיסים מקומיים. 

מדינות אשר ניתן לעבור אליהן וגם להחזיר את הרכב: אוסטריה, בלגיה, דנמרק, פינלנד צרפת, הולנד, ליכטנשטיין, לוקסמבורג, נורבגיה, פורטוגל, ספרד, שוודיה, שוויץ.

מדינות אשר ניתן לעבור אליהן בקטגוריות מסוימות: קרואטיה, צ'כיה, הונגריה, אירלנד, איטליה, פולין, סלובקיה, סלובניה ואנגליה (בקטגוריות Beginning with M, N, E, H, C, D, I, J, S, R and FVAR/FVMR)

מדינות אשר לא ניתן לחצות אליהן בכלל: אלבניה, בלארוס, בוסניה והרצגובינה, בולגריה, קפריסין, אסטוניה, יוון, איסלנד, קוסובו, לטביה, ליטא, מקדוניה, מלטה, מולדובה, מונטנגרו, רומניה, רוסיה, סרביה, אוקראינה.

6.שירותי דרך וסיוע בעת מעבר גבולות : חיוב זה הינו תשלום נוסף בתחנה בחו"ל במידה והלקוח מעונין לשרות זה מחוץ לגרמניה, שירות זה מומלץ וכדאי לכל מי שחוצה את הגבול בעלות של €15 + מע"מ.

7. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.

8. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.

9. הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה

10. דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.

11. השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק - בין 1750€-€950 בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי הביטוחי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.

תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):

-נהג נוסף : 10.90€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים, (מקסימום להשכרה 79.90€ + מיסים  מקומיים).

- נהג צעיר : (בין הגילאים 18-23  כולל): 10.00€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים,(מקסימום להשכרה 50.00€ + מיסים  מקומיים).

- מערכת ניווט (GPS): 10.50€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים  (מקסימום להשכרה 70.00€ + מיסים מקומיים).

- כיסא תינוק: (0-9 חודשים) 12.75€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים.(מקסימום להשכרה 70.00€ + מיסים מקומיים).

- כיסא תינוק: (גיל 9 חודשים- 3.5 שנים) 12.75€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים.(מקסימום להשכרה 70.00 + מיסים מקומיים).

- כיסא לילד (4-12 שנים)  (12.75€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים.(מקסימום להשכרה 70.00€ + מיסים מקומיים).

- שרשראות שלג : 15.00€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים.(מקסימום להשכרה 90.00€ + מיסים מקומיים).

Additional Information – Germany

1. Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, CDW, THW, Winter Tires between 01.11 - 31.03,  Location Service Charge, Airport Fee and Tax.

.Late return of vehicle of over an hour will be charged an additional rental day at local rates

2. Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee.

             If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.                     

3. No Show Policy:  In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there
   will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT
4. Minimum driver’s age must be 18 with a valid driving license of at least one year for car

Groups Economy – Compact Elite, A valid driving license of at least 3 years for car groups Intermediate and up.

Min 18 age – for car groups - Mini; Economy; Economy Elite; Compact; Compact Elite
Min 21 age – Intermediate; Intermediate Elite; Standard; Standard Elite; Full-size

Min 25 age - Premium, Luxury, Special (incl. minibus of this category)

Luxury cars need two credit cards for deposit.

5. Cross Border: In addition to paying at the station 7.5€ per day + VAT or a maximum of 30€ for the entire period +VAT. 

Countries you can drive into and return the vehicle: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Countries you can drive into with certain categories: Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and England (in categories Beginning with M, N, E, H, C, D, I, J, S, R and FVAR/FVMR)

Countries to which you cannot cross at all: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Iceland, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine.

6. Roadside assistant fee: this charge is an additional fee if the customer wants to assistance outside Germany, this service is recommend to anyone who crosses the border at a cost of €15 + VAT.
7. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
8. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
9. Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
10. Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations.
11. Excess charge of - €1,050 - 1,450€ will apply in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. Insurance does not cover underbody damage caused to the vehicle.

1. תכנית 'ביטול השתתפות עצמית' כוללת – ק"מ ללא הגבלה, כיסוי ביטול השתתפות עצמית בגין נזק וגניבה (SCDW & STHW), מס רישוי, מס נמל תעופה,מע"מ, צמיגי חורף + שרשאות שלג כלולים בשובר (בין התאריכים 1 לנובמבר עד 31 למרץ).

• ישנם מקרים בהם ישנה הגבלת ק"מ עפ"י המידע הנ"ל:

• פירוט כיסויים:

Limited mileage is applicable in the following cases:

Coverage Description:

SCDW: Zero excess in case of damage (damage for tires, mirrors, windshields, and undercarriage are not covered).

STHW – Zero excess in case of theft.

Important Information: Zero excess program is valid only for driver's that are older than 23 years old.
