CDW - כיסוי בגין נזק לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
THW - כיסוי בגין גניבה לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית)
- ביטול עסקה: ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
- מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
כאשר הלקיחה בבטומי או בכואתאיסי ישנם דמי לקיחה והחזרה עבור הרכב:
בבטומי – 90€ לכל כיוון .
בכותאיסי- 90€ לכל כיוון .
בטבליסי אין דמי לקיחה והחזרה .
- איחור מעל חצי שעה בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
- לא ניתן לנסוע עם הרכב השכור למקומות הבאים : OMALO, USHGULI, JUTA, PASS GODERDZI. הקנס על כך הינו 800$.
- גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו: מינימום 21 מקסימום 75, עם וותק של שנתיים רישיון לפחות. (ראה מטה מידע עבור תוספת נהג צעיר/מבוגר)
- חובה להציג רישיון נהיגה ישראלי ובינלאומי בתוקף + דרכון.
- מעבר גבולות: ניתן לחצות לארמניה ואזרבייג'ן בעלות של €65.00 בכפוף לאישור הספק, יש לבדוק במעמד ההזמנה.
- יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
- איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
- השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק נע בין €200.00 - €600.00 בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
- הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
- דמי שירות בעלות מקומית יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
- נדרש פיקדון של €380.00 + מיסים מקומיים, עבור נזק, טנק דלק, קנסות ,וכבישי אגרה. הכיסוי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
- כרטיסי אשראי מכובדים: ויזה, מאסטרכארד.
- השכרה בכיוון אחד: באישור ותיאום מראש, יש לבדוק מול הספק בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.
- איסוף/החזרה מעבר לשעות הפעילות: €10.00 + מיסים מקומיים ובתיאום מראש.
- נהג צמוד: יורופקאר מאפשרת שירות נהג אישי בתשלום. השוכר מתחייב לממן לנהג ארוחות ולינה במהלך תקופת ההשכרה. לתיאום, יש ליצור קשר עם הספק במספר *390652081400 או בפקס *39 0652200091
- תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):
- נהג נוסף: €8.00 + מיסים מקומיים להשכרה.
- נהג צעיר (21-23 שנים): €15.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום.
- נהג מבוגר (מגיל 75 ומעלה): €15.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום.
- כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): €8.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €60.00 + מיסים מקומיים.
- כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): €8.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €60.00 + מיסים מקומיים.
- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): €8.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €60.00 + מיסים מקומיים.

Additional Information – Georgia
- Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, CDW, THW, Airport Fee, Registration fee, Tax, and winter tires Between the date's 01.11 to 15.3.
- Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee. If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.
- No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
When the Pickup is at Batumi or at Kutaisi airport there will be a pickup / drop-off fee:
At Batumi - €90 for each ways.
At Kuataisi - €90 for each ways.
At Tbilisi airport there is not a pickup/ drop off fee.
- Late return of vehicle of over than half hour will be charged an additional rental day based on local rates.
- Travelling OMALO, USHGULI, JUTA, PASS GODERDZI, is not allowed. Penalty $800.
- Minimum age for Driving is 21 with valid of at least 2 years Driving license, Maximum Age is 75. (see details bellow for young/senior Additional charge)
- must to present a valid international driver license + passport.
- Cross Border: cross to Armenia and Azerbaijan for a cost of €65.00, subject to branch approval, please check at the time of booking. must be approved in advance
- Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
- If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
- Excess charge of €200.00 - €600.00 will applies in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. Insurance does not cover underbody damage, tires, windscreen and the roof of the caused to the vehicle.
- Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
- Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads & Traffic Violations, based on local rates.
- Deposit Charge of €380.00 according to car group. Apply for damage fuel Policy, toll roads, traffic notes and extras. Insurance does not cover under-body damage, tires, windscreen and the roof.
- Credit cards accepted: Visa & MasterCard.
- One Way Fees: must be approved in advance, Please check with the supplier at time of the booking
- After hour's service: €10.00 + VAT must be approved in advance.
- Chauffeur Drive: Available 24hrs a day on Request. Please contact our Courtesy number:*390652081400 or send a fax to *39 0652200091. Chauffeur meals and accommodation are not included in rates. The hirer is responsible for meals and accommodation.
