1. השובר כולל:

צמיגי חורף - כלולים במחיר בין התאריכים 1.11 ועד ה 1.4

2. ביטול עסקה : ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
3. מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
   
   
4. מגבלות גיל:
   מינימום גיל לנהיגה הינו 21 עם וותק של שנתיים רישיון לפחות - גיל מקסימלי לנהיגה הינו 75 (פירוט לתוספת נהג צעיר \ מבוגר בסעיף 15)

קבוצת רכבים שנדרש בהם וותק של 3 שנים רישיון לפחות: RFAD, SFAD, SGBD
קבוצת רכבים שנדרש בהם וותק של 5 שנים רישיון לפחות: FFBD, JGAR, LFBD, PFAD

קבוצות רכבים המורשים לנהיגה לפי גיל:
21 ומעלה: CCMR, CDAR, CDMR, CGAR, CGMR, CTAR, DDAR, DDBD, DDBR, DGAR, ECMR, EDAR, EDMR, IDAR, IGAH, IGAR, MDMR
25 ומעלה: RFAD, SFAD, SGBD
28 ומעלה: FFBD, JGAR, LFBD, PFAD

5. איחור של מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
6. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
7. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר 169.40€ – 726.00€ + מיסים מקומיים. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
8. מדיניות דלק: הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא על מנת להימנע מדמי שירות (24.20€+מיסים) וחיוב עבור דלק בעלות מקומית.
9. דמי שירות של 36.30€ יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
10. דמי טיפול בגין נזק: 36.30€ + מיסים מקומיים.
11. שירותי דרך: 24/7; מס' טלפון 69214135(0)382+
12. השכרה בכיוון אחד: באישור מראש .
    
    
13. מעבר גבולות: בעלות של €14.52 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €101.64 + מיסים מקומיים (יש לבדוק מראש בעת ביצוע ההזמנה) - אסור להיכנס לאיים, למדינות ברית המועצות לשעבר ולטורקיה.
    אסור לנהוג מחוץ ליבשת אירופה.
    
    
14. השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק או גניבה הינה כלהלן:
    בין €726.00 – €2662.00 (כולל מיסים) תלוי בקבוצת הרכב.
    הכיסוי הביטוחי הבסיסי אינו כולל נזק הנגרם למרכב התחתון של הרכב, שמשות, צמיגים וגלגלים,
    כמוכן אין כיסוי ביטוחי כתוצאה מנהיגה בכביש שאינו סלול, נהיגה בשכרות וכד'
    
    
15. תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):

- נהג נוסף: €14.52+מיסים מקומיים ליום (מקסימום להשכרה €87.12 + מיסים מקומיים ).

- נהג צעיר (בין הגילאים 21-26): €20.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום (מקסימום €80.00 + מיסים מקומיים).

- נהג מבוגר (בין הגילאים 70-75): €20.00+מיסים מקומיים ליום (מקסימום €80.00 + מיסים מקומיים).

- מערכת ניווט (GPS): €12.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום (מקסימום להשכרה €96.00 + מיסים מקומיים).

- כיסא תינוק (12-0 חודשים): €12.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום (מקסימום להשכרה €60.00 + מיסים מקומיים).

- כיסא פעוט (3-1 שנים): €12.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום (מקסימום להשכרה €60.00 + מיסים מקומיים).

- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): €12.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום (מקסימום להשכרה €60.00 + מיסים מקומיים).

- עגלת תינוק: 20.00€ + מיסים מקומים להשכרה (באישור מראש מהתחנה בלבד!)

- שרשראות שלג: €40.00 + מיסים מקומיים לכל תקופת ההשכרה.

Additional Information – Montenegro

       1. The voucher includes:

  Winter tires - included in the price between 1.11 to 1.4

2. Canceling a transaction: You can cancel a transaction up to 48 hours from the date of vehicle collection without cancellation fees. If the order is canceled within 48 hours of the vehicle collection date, a cancellation fee of 45 euros + VAT will be charged.
3. No-show policy: If the customer does not pick up the vehicle on the pickup date listed on the voucher for any reason, a charge of 95 euros + VAT will apply.
   
   
4. Age restrictions: Minimum age for driving is 21 y.o with a two-years valid driving license and maximum age for driving is 75 (details for young / adult drivers in section 15)
   
   For car group: RFAD, SFAD, SGBD is mandatory driving licence more than 3 years.
   For car group: FFBD, JGAR, LFBD, PFAD is mandatory driving licence more than 5 years.
   

Groups of vehicles allowed for rental by age group:
21 and above: CCMR, CDAR, CDMR, CGAR, CGMR, CTAR, DDAR, DDBD, DDBR, DGAR, ECMR, EDAR, EDMR, IDAR, IGAH, IGAR, MDMR

5. A delay of over 29 minutes in returning the vehicle will be charged an additional rental day according to the local rate.
6. The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition and identical to the condition at the time of delivery. A vehicle that is returned in an unreasonable state of cleanliness will be charged according to the customary local price. It is the renter's responsibility to check the condition of the vehicle upon delivery at the departure branch.
7. lost of the car keys or damage to the keys will be charged €169.40 - €726.00 to the renter. The insurance coverage is canceled if the vehicle keys were left in the vehicle at the time of the theft and/or were not returned to the rental company.
8. Fuel policy: The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and it is recommended to return it with a full tank in order to avoid service fees (20.00€+VAT) and charges for locally owned fuel.
9. Service fees will be charged for handling parking reports, traffic violations and toll roads, in addition to the cost of the fine.
10. Damage Admin Fee: 36.30 + TAX.

12. One-way rental: with prior approval.
    
    
13. Cross border: a cost of €14.52 + VAT per day / Max Charge €101.64 + VAT (must be checked in advance)
    Not allowed to islands, former USSR countries and Turkey. Not allowed to drive out of the European continent.
    
    
14. Excess in case of damage or Theft is as follows:
    Between €726.00 – €2662.00 (include vat) depends on the car group.
    The basic insurance coverage does not include damage caused to the undercarriage of the vehicle, windshields, tires and wheels,
    
    Also, there is no insurance coverage as a result of driving on an unpaved road, drunk driving, etc.
    
    
15. Additional extras (payment abroad at the rental branch):

- Additional driver: €14.52 + VAT per day / Max Charge €87.12 + VAT

- Young driver (21-25 years): €20.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge €80.00 + VAT)

- Senior driver (70-75 years): €20.20 + VAT per day /Max Charge €80.00 + VAT

- Navigation System (GPS): €12.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge €96.00 + VAT

- Baby Seat (0-12 months): €12.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge €60.00 + VAT

- Toddler Seat (1-3 years): €12.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge €60.00 + VAT

- Child Seat (4-7 years): €14.52 + VAT per day / Max Charge €87.12 + VAT

- Baby Stroller: €20.00 + VAT for rental. (Must get approval from the branch)

- Snow chains: €40.00 + VAT for rental.
