מידע נוסף – פורטוגל

1. השובר כולל:
   ק"מ ללא הגבלה, (L.A.F) STHW, SCDW, Licenses and Fees, מיסים מקומיים, מע"מ, דמי נמל.
   SCDW - כיסוי ביטול השתתפות עצמית בגין נזק לרכב.
   STHW - כיסוי ביטול השתתפות עצמית בגין גניבה לרכב.
   
    הכיסוי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות ומראות
   
   
2. ביטול עסקה :
    ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
3. מדיניות אי הגעה (NO SHOW) : במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
   
4. יש להחזיר את הרכב עד אותה שעה שנלקח, איחור מעל 29 דקות יחויב ביום השכרה נוסף עפ"י תעריף מקומי + קנס של €30.00 .
5. גיל מינימום לנהיגה הינו 19 עם וותק של שנתיים רישיון לפחות (ראה מטה מידע עבור תוספת לנהג צעיר)
   
   
6. מעבר גבולות : יש לבדוק מול הספק ובאישור מראש בלבד.
   
   
7. דמי שירות יחויבו במקרה של: טיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה בנוסף לעלות הקנס, איבוד מפתחות ותאונה.
8. שירותי דרך מחוץ לגבולות המדינה – €9.76 + מיסים מקומיים ליום ( מקסימום 126.83€ + מיסים מקומיים)
9. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
10. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר.
    הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
11. הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
12. השכרה בכיוון אחד : בתוך פורטוגל מ 3 ימי השכרה ומעלה – יש לבדוק עלות בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.
    
    
13. תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):

- נהג נוסף: 8.94€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה 80.49€ + מיסים מקומיים.

- נהג צעיר (גילאים 19-22) 9.90€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה 99.00€ + מיסים מקומיים.

- מערכת ניווט (GPS): €9.50 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה 200.00€ + מיסים מקומיים.

- כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): 9.76€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה 97.56€ + מיסים מקומיים.

- כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): 9.76€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה 97.56€ + מיסים מקומיים.

- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): 9.76€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה 97.56€ + מיסים מקומיים.

- כיסא בוסטר (8-12 שנים): 6.33€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה 63.30€ + מיסים מקומיים.

Additional Information – Portugal

1. 1. Voucher includes: Unlimited mileage (28 rental days onwards are limited with mileage, SCDW, STHW, Licenses and Fees (L.A.F), Airport surcharge (VAT).
      Coverage doesn't include damage to the vehicle's under-body, tires, windshields, and mirrors.
   2. Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee. If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.   
   3. No Show Policy:  In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro + VAT.
   4. Late return of vehicle of over 29 minutes will be charged an additional rental day at local rates + Late return Fee of €30.00 .
      
      
   5. Minimum driver’s age must be 19 with a valid driving license of at two years (see below details for young driver charge).
      
      
   6. Cross Border: Must be approved in advance.
      
      
   7. Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations.
   8. Road services outside the country's borders - €9.76 + local taxes per day (maximum €126.83 + local taxes)
   9. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
   10. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
   11. Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
   12. One way fee: In Portugal from 3 days rental or above- need to be checked at the time of rental
       
       
   13. Additional Items (to be paid locally at rental location):

   - Additional Driver: €8.94 per day + VAT (Max Charge for rental €80.49 + VAT).
   - Young Driver (19-22 years): €9.90 + VAT per day (Max Charge for rental €99.00 + VAT).
   - Navigation System (GPS): €9.50 + VAT per day (Max Charge for rental €200.00 + VAT).
   - Baby Seat (0-12 months): €9.76 + VAT per day (Max Charge for rental €97.56 + VAT).
   - Toddler Seat (1-3 years): €9.76 + VAT per day (Max Charge for rental €97.56 + VAT).
   - Child Seat (4-7 years): €9.76 + VAT per day (Max Charge for rental €97.56 + VAT).
   - Booster Seat (8-12 years): €6.33 + VAT per day (Max Charge for rental €63.30 + VAT).
