2. ביטול עסקה: ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
3. מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
4. איחור מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
   
   
5. גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 19 עם ותק של שנה רישיון לפחות, לרכבים גדולים מינימום גיל 25 שנה, לרכבים Luxury  ומיוחדים מינימום גיל 30 - יש לבדוק בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.
   
   
6. מעבר גבולות: ניתן לחצות למדינות הבאות בתוספת דמי מעבר גבול בסך €5.99 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום €36.00 + מיסים מקומיים להשכרה: בלגיה, צרפת, גרמניה, איטליה (תלוי בסוג הרכב ראה מטה מידע נוסף), לוקסמבורג, הולנד, דנמרק, אירלנד, בריטניה, יוון, ספרד, פורטוגל, נורבגיה ושוויץ.
   מעבר גבול לאיטליה - רכבים מסוג EBNM, CCMN, IDMN מכוסות בכיסוי הרגיל מפני גניבה. בנוגע ל SVMN רק רנו טראפיק מכוסה אך לא פולקסווגן קאראוול. כל שאר הקטגורויות אינן מכוסות מפני גניבה והלקוח יהיה אחראי באופן מלא על גניבת הרכב גם אם רכש כיסוי .
   
   
7. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
8. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי ביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
9. הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
10. דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
11. השכרה בכיוון אחד : באישור מראש , יש לבדוק בעת ההזמנה .
12. השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק נע בין €1200.00 - €2200.00 בהתאם לסוג הרכב. (הכיסוי הביטוחי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב).
    
    
13. תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):

- נהג נוסף:  €10.00 ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €96.00

- נהג צעיר (גילאים 23-24): 1-5 ימים €25.00 ליום, 6-15 ימים €20.00 ליום, 16-29 ימים €15.00 ליום, 30 ימים ומעלה €5.00 ליום.

- נהג צעיר במיוחד (גילאים 19-22): 1-5 ימים €30.00 ליום, 6-15 ימים €25.00 ליום, 16-29 ימים €20.00 ליום, 30 ימים ומעלה €7.00 ליום.

- כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): €15.00 ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €150.00

- כיסא פעוט: (גילאים 1-3) €15.00 ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €150.00

- כיסא בוסטר לילד:(4-7) €10.00 ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €100.00

- מערכת ניווט (GPS): 1-5 ימים €10.00 ליום, 6-15 ימים €5.00 ליום, 16-29 ימים €2.50 ליום, 30 ימים ומעלה €1.00 ליום.

   *The plan is limited KM in the following case:

   - 28 rental days and above 100 KM per day.
   
   
2. Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee. If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.   
3. No Show Policy:  In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
4. Late return of vehicle of over half an hour will be charged an additional rental day at local rates.
   
   
5. Minimum driver’s age must be 19 with a valid driving license of at least two years. For bigger car groups minimum 25 years, For Luxury and special cars minimum 30 years- must be check in advance.
   
   
6. Cross Borders: Allowed into the following countries with an additional cross border fee of €5.99 per day + VAT / Max Charge of €36.00 + VAT per the rental: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy (depending on the type of vehicle, see below for more information), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, United Kingdom, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Norway and Switzerland.
   Border crossing into Italy - Vehicles of type EBNM, CCMN, IDMN are covered by the standard theft cover. Regarding SVMN, only Renault Trafic is covered but not Volkswagen Caravelle. All other categories are not covered against theft and the customer will be fully responsible for the theft of the vehicle (even if they have purchased cover).
   
   
7. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
8. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
9. Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
10. Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations.
11. One way fee: Must be check in advance .
12. Excess charge of - €1200.00 – 2200.00€ will apply in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. (Insurance does not cover underbody damage caused to the vehicle).

- Baby Seat (0-12 months): €15.00 per day / Max Charge €150.00 for rental.

- Toddler Seat (1-3 years): €15.00 per day / Max Charge €150.00 for rental.

- Booster Child Seat (4-7 years): €10.00 per day / Max Charge €100.00 for rental.

- Navigation System (GPS): 1-5 days €10.00 per day, 6-15 days €5.00 per day, 16-29 days €2.50 per day, 30 days and over €1.00 per day.
