- דמי ביטול : ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד איסוף הרכב בעלות של 15$ + מע"מ

מדיניות אי הגעה : במידה והלקוח לא יאסוף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה , מכל סיבה שהיא יחול חיוב מלא בעבור שובר ההשכרה ללא החזר
- מינימום גיל לנהיגה הינו 25 מקסימום גיל לנהיגה 99 עם רישיון בתוקף של מינימום שנה.
- יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
- איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
- נדרש כרטיס אשראי בינלאומי בתוקף על שם השוכר כמופיע בשובר ההשכרה עבור תשלום תוספות בחו"ל.(כרטיסים שיכובדו : ויזה, מסטרקרד, אמריקן אקספרס)
- השובר אינו כולל עלויות בגין שירות עבור תדלוק מיכל הדלק, השכרה לכיוון אחד, עבירות חניה ותנועה, כבישי אגרה, ושירותים נוספים.
- השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק - CAD00-1000.00 + מיסים בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי ביטוחי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
- מעבר גבולות: ניתן לארה"ב בלבד בעלות של00 CAD1 ליום + מיסים מקומיים.
- תוספות אפשריות לתשלום בחו"ל( בתחנת ההשכרה )

- The Voucher includes Unlimited Mileage, Airport fee, CDW, TP, All Local Fees, Surcharges & Tax.
- Cancellation fee: of 15$ + VAT will apply up to 48 hours from the pickup date, less than 48 hours the customer will charge for full voucher value without refund.
No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a full charge of voucher value without refund.
- Minimum driver’s age must be 25 Drivers age 99 with a valid driving license of at least one year.
- Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as picked up. Excessive stains or internal damage will be charged accordingly. It is customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check the vehicle at pickup
- If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly
- valid international credit card is required in the name of the hirer as appearing in the rental voucher for payment of additional payments abroad (cards that will be honored:Visa,MasterCard, American Express)
- Voucher does not include refueling service charge, one way service fees, traffic or parking violations, toll roads, airport access fees, additional taxes/fees/surcharges and other optional services.
- Excess charge of CAD00-1000.00 will apply in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. Insurance does not cover underbody damage caused to the vehicle..
- Cross Border: allowed only to USA for 15.00 CAD + tax per day.
