1. המחיר כולל:

2. ביטול עסקה: ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .

3.  מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.

4. איחור מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.

5.  גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 18 (ראה מטה מידע עבור תוספת נהג צעיר) - אין גיל מקסימום!
   לרכבים מסוג: Mini, Economy, Compact נדרש וותק של שנה רישיון לפחות
   לרכבים מסוג: Intermediate ומעלה נדרש וותק של 3 שנים רישיון לפחות
   
   קבוצות רכבים המורשים לנהיגה לפי גיל:
   גילאים 18-20 - לרכבים מסוג: Mini, Economy, Economy Elite, Compact, Compact Elite.

   גילאים 21-24 - לרכבים מסוג: Intermediate, Intermediate Elite, Standard, Standard Elite, Fullsize.

   מגיל 25 ומעלה - כל סוגי הרכבים.
   
   

6. מעבר גבולות: בתוספת תשלום בתחנה €7.50 ליום + מיסים מקומיים או מקסימום €30.00 לכל התקופה + מיסים מקומיים. 

   מדינות אשר ניתן לעבור אליהן וגם להחזיר את הרכב: אוסטריה, בלגיה, דנמרק, פינלנד צרפת, הולנד, ליכטנשטיין, לוקסמבורג, נורבגיה, פורטוגל, ספרד, שוודיה, שוויץ', איטליה.

   מדינות אשר ניתן לעבור אליהן בקטגוריות מסוימות: קרואטיה, צ'כיה, הונגריה, אירלנד, פולין, סלובקיה, סלובניה ואנגליה (בקטגוריות Beginning with M, N, E, H, C, D, I, J, S, R and FVAR/FVMR)

   מדינות אשר לא ניתן לחצות אליהן בכלל: אלבניה, בלארוס, בוסניה והרצגובינה, בולגריה, קפריסין, אסטוניה, יוון, איסלנד, קוסובו, לטביה, ליטא, מקדוניה, מלטה, מולדובה, מונטנגרו, רומניה, רוסיה, סרביה, אוקראינה.

7. שירותי דרך וסיוע בעת מעבר גבולות : חיוב זה הינו תשלום נוסף בתחנה בחו"ל במידה והלקוח מעונין לשרות זה מחוץ לגרמניה, שירות זה מומלץ וכדאי לכל מי שחוצה את הגבול בעלות של €15 + מע"מ.

8. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.

9. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.

10. הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה

11. דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.

12. השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק - בין €2000.00 - €1050.00 בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי הביטוחי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.

- נהג נוסף: €10.90 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €79.90 + מיסים מקומיים.

- נהג צעיר (בין הגילאים 18-23): €11.90 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €59.50 + מיסים מקומיים.

- כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): €12.75 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €70.00 + מיסים מקומיים.

- כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): €12.75 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €70.00 + מיסים מקומיים).

- כיסא בוסטר לילד (4-7 שנים): €12.75 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €70.00 + מיסים מקומיים.

- מערכת ניווט (GPS): €10.50 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €126.00 + מיסים מקומיים.

- שרשראות שלג: €15.00 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €90.00 + מיסים מקומיים.

   Winter tires are included in the price from 01.11 to 31.3
   
   
2. Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee.
   If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 + VAT will apply.
3. No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 + VAT.
4. Late return of vehicle of over half an hour will be charged an additional rental day based on local rates.
   
   
5. The Minimum age required to drive is 18 (see below details for young driver charge) - there is no maximum age!
   For Car Group - Mini, Economy, Compact, at least valid of one year license is required.
   For Car Group - Intermediate and above, at least valid of 3 years license is required.
   

   Vehicle groups can be driven by age:
   Ages 18-20 - for vehicles of the following types: Mini, Economy, Economy Elite, Compact, Compact Elite.
   Ages 21-24 - for vehicles of the following types: Intermediate, Intermediate Elite, Standard, Standard Elite, Fullsize.
   Ages 25 and older - All vehicle types.

6. Cross Borders: In addition to paying at the station 7.5€ per day + VAT or a maximum of 30€ for the entire period +VAT.  

   Countries you can drive into and return the vehicle: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

   Countries you can drive into with certain categories: Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia and England (in categories Beginning with M, N, E, H, C, D, I, J, S, R and FVAR/FVMR)

   Countries to which you cannot cross at all: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Iceland, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine.

7. Roadside assistant fee: this charge is an additional fee if the customer wants to assistance outside Germany, this service is recommend to anyone who crosses the border at a cost of €15 + VAT.

8. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.

9. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.

10. Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.

11. Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations.

12. Excess charge of - €1050.00 - €2000.00 will apply in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. Insurance does not cover underbody damage caused to the vehicle.
