- ביטול עסקה : ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
- מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
איחור מעל שעה בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.

- מעבר גבול : ניתן לחצות למדינות הבאות באישור מראש- אוסטריה, בלגיה, פינלנד, צרפת, גרמניה, הולנד, איטליה, לוקסנבורג, נורבגיה, פורטוגל, ספרד, שוודיה ושוויץ. בעלות DKK12 ליום + מיסים מקומיים
( מקסימום DKK 120 להשכרה + מיסים מקומיים ) לא ניתן לחצות לבריטניה ומדינות מזרח אירופה לשעבר. אם נוסעים לשוודיה, נורבגיה וגרמניה מנובמבר עד מרץ הזמנת ציוד מיוחד: צמיגי שלג היא חובה.
- יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
- איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
- הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
- דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
- השכרה בכיוון אחד : יש לבדוק מראש מול הספק

- Canceling a transaction: You can cancel a transaction up to 48 hours from the vehicle collection date without cancellation fees. If the order is canceled within 48 hours of the vehicle collection date, a cancellation fee of 45 euros + VAT will be charged.
No-show policy: If the customer does not pick up the vehicle on the pickup date listed on the voucher for any reason, a charge of 95 euros + VAT will apply
- A delay of over an hour in returning the vehicle will be charged for an additional rental day according to the local rate.

5 Cross border: You can cross to the following countries with prior approval - Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Cost DKK12 per day + local taxes
(Maximum DKK120 for rental + local taxes) It is not possible to cross to the UK and former Eastern European countries. If you travel to Sweden, Norway and Germany from November to March, ordering special equipment: snow tires is a must
- The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition and identical to the condition at the time of delivery. A vehicle that is returned in an unreasonable state of cleanliness will be charged according to the customary local price. It is the renter's responsibility to check the condition of the vehicle upon delivery at the departure branch.
- The loss of the car keys or damage to the keys will be charged to the renter. The insurance coverage is canceled if the vehicle keys were left in the vehicle at the time of the theft and/or were not returned to the rental company.
- The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and it is recommended to return it with a full tank to avoid service fees. It is recommended to keep the receipt of the last gas station where the vehicle was filled before returning it to the rental station
- Service fees will be charged for handling parking reports, traffic violations and toll roads, in addition to the cost of the fine.
