מידע נוסף – ספרד 

מידע חשוב: חברת יורופקאר גובה דמי החזר בין הטרמינלים של שדות התעופה של ברצלונה ומדריד על איסוף רכב בטרמינל אחד והחזרה בטרמינל אחר, יש לשים לב שהרכב מוחזר באותו טרמינל שהרכב נלקח ע"מ להימנע מעלויות נוספות ומיותרות 

1. השובר כולל:
   ק"מ ללא הגבלה, STHW, SCDW, מיסים מקומיים, מע"מ, דמי נמל.
   SCDW - כיסוי ביטול השתתפות עצמית בגין נזק לרכב.
   STHW - כיסוי ביטול השתתפות עצמית בגין גניבה לרכב.
   
    הכיסוי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות ומראות
   
   
2. ביטול עסקה:
    ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
3. מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
4. איחור של מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
   
   
5. גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו מינימום 21 עם וותק של שנה רישיון. אין מקסימום גיל לנהיגה אולם הנהג צריך להיות במצב בריאותי טוב ויכול לנהוג.

6. לקוחות ששוכרים רכב מהקטגוריות הבאות (RVAR, RDAR, UXAR, GFAR ) יש להגיע לתחנה עם 2 כרטיסי אשראי לפיקדון על שם הנהג הראשי בלבד.
   
   
7. מעבר גבולות : ניתן לחצות בעלות של €12.00 ליום / מקסימום €156.00 להשכרה, למדינות הבאות: אנדורה, אוסטריה, בלגיה, דנמרק, פינלנד, צרפת (לא כולל איי צרפת), גרמניה, גיברלטר, אנגליה, איטליה (לא כולל איי איטליה ולא כולל וואנים), ליכטנשטיין, לוקסמבורג, מונקו, הולנד, נורבגיה, פורטוגל (לא כולל איי פורטוגל), סאן מרינו, סלובניה, שבדיה, שוויץ, ותיקן.
   נהיגה מספרד לאיטליה מותרת רק לרכבים בקבוצות הבאות: EBMR, EDMR, CCMR, CDMR, IDMR.
   אסור לחצות עם הרכב למדינות הבאות: פולין, הונגריה, בולגריה, רומניה, כל מדינות ברית המועצות לשעבר ויוגוסלביה, צ'כיה, סלובקיה. או מחוץ לישבת אירופה.
   

   *לא ניתן לחצות לאיטליה עם וואנים!*
   *חציית גבולות למדינות שאינן מורשות כרוך בקנס כספי של 300 אירו!*
   

8. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה, רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף.
9. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
   
10. דמי שירות יחויבו במקרה של: טיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה בנוסף לעלות הקנס, איבוד מפתחות ותאונה.
11. הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות בסך €30.00 . מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה.
    
12. השכרה בכיוון אחד : יש לבדוק בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.
13. שירותי דרך מחוץ לגבולות ספרד – מומלץ לרכוש כיסוי שירותי דרך מחוץ לגבולות ספרד בעלות של 7.02€ ליום או מקסימום 51€ לכל התקופה, במידה ולא תרכשו כיסוי זה ותאלצו להשתמש בשירותי הדרך מחוץ לגבולות ספרד ( כולל האיים הקנארים והבלריים) השירות ילווה בתוספת קנס של 100€ + מע"מ למדינות שאליהן ניתן לחצות. קנס של 300€ + מע"מ ינתן למי שיצטרך להשתמש בשירותי הדרך במדינות שאליהן לא ניתן אישור מעבר הגבול.
    
    
14. תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):
    
    - נהג נוסף: €15.00 + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €90.00 + מיסים מקומיים.
    
    - נהג צעיר (21-24 שנים): €22.00 + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €215.00 + מיסים מקומיים.
    
    - כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): €12.00 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €101.74 + מיסים מקומיים.
    
    - כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): €12.00 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €101.74 + מיסים מקומיים.
    
    - כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): €12.00 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €101.74 + מיסים מקומיים.
    
    - כיסא בוסטר (8-12 שנים): €12.00 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €101.74 + מיסים מקומיים.
    
    - מערכת ניווט (GPS): €16.49 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €89.00 + מיסים מקומיים.
    
    - שרשראות שלג: €22.29 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €48.80 + מיסים מקומיים.

Additional Information – Spain

Important information: Europcar charges a return fee between the terminals of Barcelona and Madrid airports for picking up a vehicle at one terminal and returning it at another. Please note that the vehicle is returned at the same terminal from which it was picked up in order to avoid additional and unnecessary costs.

1. Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, SCDW, STHW and local fee.
   SCDW - Super Collision Damage Waiver (Zero Excess)
   STHW - Super Theft Waiver (Zero Excess)
   
   The Coverage does not include damage to the vehicle's under-body, tires, windshields, and mirrors.
   
   
2. Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee. If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.   
3. No Show Policy:  In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
4. Late return of vehicle of over half an hour will be charged an additional rental day at local rates.
   
   
5. Minimum driver’s age must be 21 y.o with a valid driving license of at least one year - No Maximum driver age, However the driver should be in good health and able to drive.
   
   
6. Customers who rent a car from the following categories (RVAR, RDAR, UXAR, GFAR) must come to the station with 2 credit cards for a deposit in the name of the main driver only.
   
   
7. Cross Borders: You can cross at a cost of €12.00 per day / maximum €156.00 per rental, to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France (excluding French islands), Germany, Gibraltar, England, Italy (excluding Italian islands and excluding Vans), Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal (excluding Portuguese islands), San Marino, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican.
   Driving from Spain to Italy is only allowed for vehicles in the following groups: EBMR, EDMR, CCMR, CDMR, IDMR.
   Its Not Allowed to cross with the vehicle to the following countries: Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, all former Soviet Union countries and Yugoslavia, Czech Republic, Slovakia. Or outside the European Union.

*Crossing borders to unauthorized countries carries a fine of 300 euros!*

8. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
9. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
10. Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads, accident and Traffic Violations.
11. Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.

13. Road services outside the borders of Spain – It is recommended to purchase road services coverage outside the borders of Spain at a cost of €7.02 per day or a maximum of €51 for the entire period. If you do not purchase this coverage and are forced to use road services outside the borders of Spain (including the Canary and Balearic Islands), the service will be accompanied by an additional fine of €100 + VAT for countries to which it is possible to cross. A fine of €300 + VAT will be given to those who have to use road services in countries to which border crossing permission has not been granted.

14. Additional Items (to be paid locally at rental location):

- Additional Driver: €15.00 + VAT / Max Charge €90.00 + VAT.

- Young Driver (21-24 years): €22.00 + VAT / Max Charge €215.00 + VAT.

- Baby Seat (0-12 months): €12.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge €101.74 + VAT.

- Toddler Seat (1-3 years): €12.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge €101.74 + VAT.

- Child Seat (4-7 years): €12.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge €101.74 + VAT.

- Booster Seat (8-12 years): €12.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge €101.74 + VAT.

- Navigation System (GPS): €12.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge €101.74 + VAT.

- Snow Chains: €22.29 + VAT per day / Max Charge €48.80 + VAT.
