- השובר כולל: ק"מ ללא הגבלה, ,THW , CDW , צמיגי חורף בין התאריכים 01.11 עד ה 31/03 , מע"מ ודמי נמל.
CDW - כיסוי בגין נזק לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
וTHW - כיסוי בגין גניבה לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
- ביטול עסקה: ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ.
- מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
- איחור מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
- מינימום גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 19 שנים עם וותק של שנה רישיון לפחות (ראה מטה מידע עבור תוספת נהג צעיר) - אין גיל מקסימום!
- יש להציג בתחנה רישיון נהיגה ישראלי [כרטיס פלסטיק] + רישיון נהיגה בינלאומי בתוקף (את שתיהם).
- מדיניות פיקדון: פיקדון 300 אירו + הערכת שכירות - מזומן וכרטיסים נטענים אינם מתקבלים!
כרטיסי אשראי מכובדים: ויזה, מאסטרקארד, אמריקן אקספרס, אירוקארד (בינלאומיים בלבד). - מעבר גבולות: הנהיגה עם הרכב מותרת בעלות של €75.30 + מיסים מקומיים במדינות הבאות: נורבגיה, ושוודיה. אסור לנסוע למדינות מזרח אירופה.
- יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
- איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
- הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה.
- דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, נזקים לרכב, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
- דמי שירות במקרה של נזק €62.75 + מיסים מקומיים.
- השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק עד €1550.00 בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
- השכרה בכיוון אחד: באישור מראש, בתוך פינלנד - בעלות של בין 150.60 עד 225.90 בהתאם לסוג הרכב. בשאר העולם - כרוך באישור הסניף בלבד.
- איסוף הרכב מחוץ לשעות הפעילות (AFTER HOURS): €37.65 + מיסים מקומיים.
- תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):
- נהג נוסף: €10.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €60.01 + מיסים מקומיים.
- נהג צעיר (19-24 שנים): €10.00 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €60.01 + מיסים מקומיים.
- כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): €9.90 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €59.41 + מיסים מקומיים.
- כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): €9.90 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €59.41 + מיסים מקומיים.
- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): €9.90 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €59.41 + מיסים מקומיים.
- כיסא בוסטר (8-12 שנים): €9.90 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €59.41 + מיסים מקומיים.

Additional Information – Finland
- Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, CDW, THW, Winter Tires between the dates 01.11 - 31.03, Airport Fee and Vat.
- Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee.
If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply. - No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
- Late return of vehicle of over 29 minute's will be charged an additional rental day based on local rates.
- Minimum driver’s age must be 19 years old with a valid driving license of at least one year (see details bellow for young driver charge) - No Maximum Age!
- A valid international driving license must be presented at the rental branch.
- Deposit Policy: €300 + rental estimate - Cash and debit cards are not accepted!
Credit cards accepted: All major credit cards: American Express / Eurocard, MasterCard / Visa - Cross Border: It is allowed to drive with the car for a cross-border fee of €75.30 in Norway and Sweden. It is not allowed to drive to Eastern European countries.
- Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges
- If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
- Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
- Handling fees will be charged for handling parking reports, vehicle damage, traffic violations, and toll roads, in addition to the cost of the fine.
- Damage Admin Fee In case of damage Will be charged €62.75 + TAX.
- Excess charge in case of damage up to €1550.00 depending on the car group. The Coverage doesn't include damage to the vehicle's under-body, tires, windshields, and roof.
- Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges
- One Way Fees: Must be check in advance, Within Finland - at a cost of between €150.60 and €225.90 depending on the type of vehicle. In the rest of the world - requires branch approval only.
