2. ביטול עסקה : ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ
א3. מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחולו דמי ביטול של מלוא סכום ההזמנה ללא אפשרות החזר.
4. איחור מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
5. מינימום גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 18 שנים עם מינימום ותק של 1 עד 10 שנים רישיון לפי סוג הרכב (ראה מטה פירוט לנהג צעיר):
- וותק של שנה רישיון לרכבים מסוג : MBMR, MBAE, HCMR, ECMR, EDMR, EXMR, EDAE, CDAR, CDMD, CDMR, CXMR, CDAE
- וותק של 3 שנים לרכבים מסוג : DDAR, DDMR, SDAR, SDMR, SXAR, SXMR, CRMR, IWAR, IWMR, IXMR ISAH, FVAR, FVMR, ISAR, ISMR, IXAR, ISAE IFAR, IFMR, LVAR, LVMR, CGMF, DDAF, JGAF, RXAF, JMAF, SJAF, IFAF, SZAF, RGAF, CTAF, PDAE, DTAF, LDAE
- וותק של 5 שנים לרכבים מסוג : PDMR, PDAR, PXAR, FFAR, GFAR, GGAR, FFAN, FGAN, FDAR, PWAR, PEAR, PDAN, RGAE, UTAR
- וותק של 7 שנים לרכבים מסוג: LFAR, LFAE, UFAR, PNAR
- וותק של 10 שנים לרכבים מסוג: WGAE, PFAR
6. חובה להציג רישיון נהיגה ישראלי [כרטיס פלסטיק] + רישיון נהיגה בינלאומי בתוקף (את שתיהם)
7. מעבר גבולות: הנהיגה מותרת במדינות הבאות בעלות של €9.20 ליום + מיסים מקומיים / מקסימום להשכרה €36.80 + מיסים מקומיים (נדרש לבדוק מראש בעת ביצוע ההזמנה וידיעת הסניף בעת איסוף הרכב):
אוסטריה, אנדורה, בלגיה, צ'כיה, קרואטיה, דנמרק, פינלנד, גרמניה, יוון, אירלנד, איטליה, לוקסמבורג, הולנד, נורבגיה, ספרד (מלבד האיים סאוטה ומלילה), סלובניה, פורטוגל, שוודיה, שוויץ, אנגליה.
- לא ניתן להחזיר את הרכבים: אנגליה ובקורסיקה.
- לא מאושר לעבור למדינות: אלבניה, מונטנגרו, רוסיה, אוקראינה, ולמדינות שמחוץ לאירופה (כולל טורקיה, טוניס, אזרבייג'ן, איראן וישראל).
8. גובה השתתפות עצמית בגין נזק וגניבה נע בין €2000.00 - €4000.00 לפי סוג הרכב.
9. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
10. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר בסכום של €350.00 + מיסים מקומיים. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
11. הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מקנס על סך €300.00. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה - תדלוק שגוי ברכב ילווה בקנס של €300.00-€540.00
12. דמי שירות בסך €45.00 + מיסים מקומיים, יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
13. במקרה של תאונה/נזק לרכב, יחול חיוב בגובה €87.00 + מיסים מקומיים, עבור דמי טיפול בנזק/פתיחת תיק
14. תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):
- נהג נוסף: €12.90 ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €129.00
- נהג צעיר (18-26 שנים): €40.00 ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €400.00
- כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): €14.00 ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €70.00
*אובדן הכיסא או אי החזרתו ילווה בקנס של €105.00
- כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): €14.00 ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €70.00

- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): €9.00 ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €45.00

- Voucher includes: a rental voucher in the range of 3-29 days, no km limit, 1-2 rental days, a km limit of 250 km per day over 29 days, there is a km limit which must be inquired with the reservation center by email (reservations-ob@europcar.co.il), SCDW, STHW, Location Service Charge, Airport Fee, Tax
Premium vehicles (categories: DDAF,HCAF,JGAF,YDAE,UFAR,UEAR,UWAR,WFAR,UVAR,WDAE) have a KM limit by the following chart:
- Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee, If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros + VAT will apply.
- No Show Policy: If the customer doesn't Pick up the vehicle on the pick-up date listed on the voucher for any reason, a cancellation fee of the full amount of the reservation will apply, with no refund possible.
- Late return of vehicle of over half an hour will be charged an additional rental day based on local rates.
- Minimum driver’s age must be 18 years, (see below Young driver charge).

- 5 years for car groups: PDMR, PDAR, PXAR, FFAR, GFAR, GGAR, FFAN, FGAN, FDAR, PWAR, PEAR, PDAN, RGAE, UTAR.
- 7 years for car groups: LFAR, LFAE, UFAR, PNAR.
- 10 years for car groups: WGAE, PFAR - Customer must show an Israeli driver's license and an international driver's license.
- Cross Border: Driving is allowed in the following countries with cost of €9.90 per day + local taxes, Maximum 36.80€ + local taxes (it is necessary to check in advance when placing the order and to inform the branch when picking up the vehicle):
Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain (apart from islands and the Ceuta and Melilla, enclaves), Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
- Not allowed to return the vehicle: UK and Corsica.
- Not allowed to cross border: Albania, Montenegro, Russia, Ukraine, Countries outside Europe (included Turkey, Tunisia, Azerbaijan, the Islamic Republic of Iran and Israel)
8. Excess Amount for damage or theft ranges from €2000.00 - €4000.00 depending on the type of vehicle.
9. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
10. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly with the amount of €350.00. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed.
11. Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
12. Handling fees of €45.00 + Vat will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations.
13. Handling fee of €87.00 + VAT, will apply in case of an accident/damage.
14. Additional Items (to be paid locally at rental location):
- Additional Driver: €12.90 per day / Max Charge €129.00 for rental.
- Young driver (18 - 26 ages): €40.00 per day / Max Charge €400.00 for rental.
- Baby seat: (0-12 Months, 0-13Kg): €14.00 per day / Max Charge €70.00 for rental. 105€ if failure to return this equipment.
- Baby seat: (1-3 age, 9-18Kg): €14.00 per day / Max Charge €70.00 for rental. 105€ if failure to return this equipment.
- Booster Seat: (4-7 age, 15-35Kg): €9.00 per day / Max Charge €45.00 for rental. 55.00€ if failure to return this equipment.
- GPS: €20.00 per day / Max Charge 200.00 for rental. (drop off fee for GPS €40.00 + local taxes, Drop off in a different country is not allowed)
- Snow Chains: €15.00 per day / Max Charge €105.00 for rental. If customer fails to return the equipment there is a charge of € 50.00 + local taxes.
