- השובר כולל: ק"מ ללא הגבלה, CDW, THW, מיסים מקומיים, ודמי נמל.
CDW - כיסוי בגין נזק לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
THW - כיסוי בגין גניבה לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
- ביטול עסקה: ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
- מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
- איחור מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
- מינימום גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 21 עם ותק של שנתיים רישיון לפחות - מקסימום גיל לנהיגה הינו 75.
- השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק היא בין MAD 50,000 - MAD 12,500 בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
- למידע מפורט עבור גיל דרוש לנהיגה, ותק נדרש, סכום פיקדון והשתתפות עצמית לפי קבוצות רכבים לחצ/י כאן - מעבר גבולות: לא ניתן לצאת עם הרכב מחוץ לגבולות המדינה.
- יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
- איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
- הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה.
- דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
- השכרה בכיוון אחד: רק באישור מראש , נא לבדוק בעת ביצוע ההזמנה .
- תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):
- נהג נוסף: 100.00 MAD ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה 700.00 MAD + מע"מ.
- כיסא תינוק (1-3 שנים): 500.00 MAD להשכרה + מע"מ.
- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): 500.00 MAD להשכרה + מע"מ.
- מערכת ניווט (GPS): 99.00 MAD ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה 1188 MAD + מע"מ.

Additional Information – Morocco
- Voucher includes: Unlimited mileage, CDW, THW, Local Taxes and airport fee.
- Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee. If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.
- No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
- Late return of vehicle of over half an hour will be charged an additional rental day at local rates.
- Minimum age required to drive is 21 with at least two years of license experience - the maximum age for driving is 75.
- Excess charge of MAD 12,000 – MAD 50,000 will applies in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. Insurance does not cover underbody damage, tires, windscreen and the roof of the caused to the vehicle.

- Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
- If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
- All cars are supplied with a full tank of fuel at time of pick-up. At the end of the rental the customer is required to return the car with a full tank of fuel, otherwise refuelling charges for missing fuel will apply.
- Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations.
- One Way Fees must be approved in advance.

- Additional Driver: 100.00 MAD per day + VAT / Max Charge 700.00 MAD + VAT.
- Baby Seat (1-3 years): 500.00 MAD + VAT for rental.
