CDW - כיסוי בגין נזק לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
THW - כיסוי בגין גניבה לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
- ביטול עסקה: ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
- מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
- חובה להציג בתחנה דרכון, רישיון נהיגה ישראלי + רישיון נהיגה בינלאומי בתוקף.
- איחור מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
- כרטיסי אשראי מכובדים לפקדון: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DINERS CLUB
- מינימום גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 21 עם וותק של שנה רישיון לפחות.
- מעבר בין איים: יש להפקיד את הרכב בצד אחד ולקבל רכב חדש בצד השני, ולכן חובה לתאם מראש מול הסניף ולמסור לנו את פרטי חציית המעבורת לפחות 5 ימים לפני המעבר במייל reservations-ob@europcar.co.il (לא ניתן להעביר את הרכב במעבורת)
נדרש מינימום 3 ימי השכרה בכל אי. - יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
- איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
- הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
- דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
- השכרה בכיוון אחד: יש לבדוק מול הספק.

- נהג נוסף: NZD 11.50 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה 230.00 NZD + מיסים מקומיים.

- כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): NZD 20.13 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה 138.00 NZD + מיסים מקומיים.
- כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): NZD 20.13 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה 138.00 NZD + מיסים מקומיים.
- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): NZD 18.98 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה 103.50 NZD + מיסים מקומיים.

Additional Information – New Zealand
- Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, CDW, THW, Location Service Charge, Additional Driver, Airport Fee and Tax.
- Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee. If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.
- No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
- must to present a passport, a local driver's license + valid international driver's license.
- Late return of vehicle of over half an hour will be charged an additional rental day at local rates.
- Credit cards accepted for deposit: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DINERS CLUB
- Minimum age for driving is 21 years with valid of 1 year Experience driving license.
- Transfer between islands: You must deposit the vehicle on one side and receive a new vehicle on the other side, therefore it is necessary to coordinate in advance with the branch and provide us with the ferry crossing details at least 5 days before the transfer by email reservations-ob@europcar.co.il (the vehicle cannot be transferred by ferry)
A minimum of 3 days of rental is required on each island. - Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
- If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
- Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
- Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads & Traffic Violations.
- One Way with prior approval in front of supplier.
