מידע נוסף – פולין

1. השובר כולל: ק"מ ללא הגבלה TPL ,THW , CDW, מיסים מקומיים, מע"מ ודמי נמל.
   בחורף - צמיגי חורף כלולים בין התאריכים 01.11 עד 31.3 

CDW      - כיסוי בגין נזק לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).

THW      - כיסוי בגין גניבה לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).

2. ביטול עסקה : ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ.
3. מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
4. איחור מעל חצי שעה בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
   
   
5. גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו מינימום 21 עם וותק של 3 שנים רישיון. - אין גיל מקסימום!

6. מעבר גבולות :

למדינות;  צ'כיה, גרמניה, ליטא וסלובקיה בעלות של 30 יורו + מע"מ

למדינות;  אוסטריה, בלגיה, דנמרק, הונגריה, לטביה, הולנד וסלובניה בעלות של 50 יורו + מע"מ

למדינות;  שוויץ, אסטוניה, פינלנד, צרפת, קרואטיה, איטליה, נורבגיה ושוודיה בעלות של 100 יורו + מע"מ

למדינות;  ספרד, אנגליה, אירלנד ופורטוגל בעלות של 250 יורו + מע"מ.

 הנהיגה עם הרכב מותרת למדינות בקטגוריות מסוימות  באישור מראש , יש לבדוק מול הספק .

 לא ניתן להיכנס למדינות הבאות: בלרוס, בוסניה, בולגריה, סרביה , מונטנגרו, רומניה, רוסיה, ואוקראינה.

7. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
8. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
9. הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
10. דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
11. השכרה בכיוון אחד : חינם בתוך פולין.
12. השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק נעה בין €550.00 - €2500.00 בהתאם לסוג הרכב.
    הכיסוי הביטוחי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
13. איסוף/החזרה מחוץ לשעות הפעילות: באישור מראש €25.00 + מיסים מקומיים.
    
    
14. תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):
    - נהג נוסף: €3.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום.
    - נהג צעיר (21-25 שנים): €8.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום.
    - נהג מבוגר (מגיל 70 ומעלה): €8.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום.
    - כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): €12.00 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה €60.00 + מיסים מקומיים.

Additional Information – Poland

1. The voucher includes: unlimited km, TPL, THW, CDW, local taxes, VAT and port fees.
   In winter - winter tires included from 01.11 to 31.3 .

CDW - Car damage coverage (with Excess).

THW - coverage for car theft (with Excess).

2. Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee.
   If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply. 
3. No Show policy: If the customer does not pick up the vehicle on the pickup date listed on the voucher for any reason, a charge of 95 euros + VAT will apply.
4. Late return of vehicle of over half an hour will be charged an additional rental day based on local rates.
   
   
5. The required age for driving is 21 with a 3-year license. - No Maximum age!

6. Cross borders:

For the countries;  Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania and Slovakia at a cost of 30 euros + VAT

For the countries;  Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Hungary, Latvia, the Netherlands and Slovenia at a cost of 50 euros + VAT

For the countries;  Switzerland, Estonia, Finland, France, Croatia, Italy, Norway and Sweden at a cost of 100 euros + VAT

For the countries;  Spain, Great Britain, Ireland and Portugal at a cost of 250 euros + VAT.

 Driving with the vehicle is allowed in countries in certain categories with prior approval, you must check with the supplier.

 It is not possible to enter the following countries: Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, and Ukraine.

7. The vehicle must be returned in a reasonably clean condition and identical to the condition at the time of delivery. A vehicle that is returned in an unreasonable state of cleanliness will be charged according to the customary local price. It is the renter's responsibility to check the condition of the vehicle upon delivery at the departure branch.
8. The loss of the car keys or damage to the keys will be charged to the renter. The insurance coverage is canceled if the vehicle keys were left inside the vehicle at the time of the theft and/or were not returned to the rental company.
9. The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and it is recommended to return it with a full tank to avoid service fees. It is recommended to keep the receipt of the last gas station where the vehicle was filled before returning it to the rental station
10. Service fees will be charged for handling parking reports, traffic violations and toll roads, in addition to the cost of the fine.
11. One-way rental: free within Poland.
12. Deductible in case of damage ranges from €550 - €2500 depending on the type of vehicle. The insurance coverage does not include damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle, tires, windshields and the roof of the vehicle.
13. Collection/return outside business hours: with prior approval €25 + local taxes.
    
    
14. Additional Items (payment abroad at the rental branch):

- Additional driver: €3.00 per day + VAT.

- Young driver (21-25 years): €8.00 per day + VAT.

- Senior driver (From 70 years and up): €8.00 per day + VAT.

- Baby seat (0-12 months): €12.00+VAT / Max Charge €60.00 + VAT.

- Toddler seat (1-3 years): €12.00+VAT / Max Charge €60.00 + VAT..

- Child seat (4-7 years): €12.00+VAT / Max Charge €60.00 + VAT.

- Booster Seat (8-12 years): €12.00+VAT / Max Charge €60.00 + VAT..
