CDW - כיסוי בגין נזק לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
THW - כיסוי בגין גניבה לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
- ביטול עסקה : ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
- מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
איחור מעל חצי שעה בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
- גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 21 עם וותק של 1 שנים רישיון.
- מעבר גבולות: ניתן לעבור גבול למדינות הבאות: אוסטריה, הונגריה, פולין וצ'כיה בעלות € 33 + מיסים מקומיים, למדינות: שוויץ, איטליה, גרמניה, בלגיה, קרואטיה, סלובניה ורומניה בעלות € 41.66 + מיסים מקומיים. למדינות : פורטוגל, ספרד, צרפת' נורבגיה, שוודיה, פינלנד , ליטואניה וליטה בעלות € 166.66 + מיסים מקומיים
- השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק היא בין 700 € עד 4000€ בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
- יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
- איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
- הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
- דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
- השכרה בכיוון אחד : בתיאום מראש ולפי תעריף מקומי יש לבדוק בעת ביצוע ההזמנה .
- נהגים צעירים רשאים לנהוג ברכבים הבאים: גילאי 19: MBMR, EDMR. גילאי 20: CDMR, CDMD, CWMR, CDAR, IDMR, IDAR, IWMR, IWAR. גילאי 23: SDMR, SWMR, SDAR, SWAR, FVMR, PVMR.
- איסוף/ החזרה מחוץ לשעות הפעילות: באישור מראש 33€ +מיסים מקומיים.
- שירות איסוף או מסירת הרכב: בתוך העיר 10€+מיסים מקומיים ,מחוץ לעיר 10€+0.7 לכל ק"מ +מיסים מקומיים.
- תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):
- נהג נוסף: .005€ ליום + מיסים מקומיים. (מקסימום 25€+מיסים מקומיים.)

Additional Information – Slovakia
- Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, CDW, THW, Location Service Charge, winter tires between 01.11 until 31.03, Additional driver, Airport Fee and TAX.
- Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee.
If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.
No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
- Late return of vehicle of over an half an hour will be charged an additional rental day at local rates.
- Minimum driver’s age must be 21 with a valid driving license of at least 1
Maximum driver’s age must be 70.For SDMR group minimum age is 25. - Crossing borders: You can cross a border to the following countries: Austria, Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic at a cost of € 8.33 + local taxes, to the countries: Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Slovenia and Romania at a cost of € 41.66 + local taxes. For the countries: Portugal, Spain, France, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania and Lithuania at a cost of € 166.66 + local taxes
- Excess charge of €700 -€4000 will applies in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. Insurance does not cover underbody damage, tires, windscreen and the roof of the caused to the vehicle.
- Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
- If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
- Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
- Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads & Traffic Violations.
- One Way Fees: Vehicle must be returned to pick up location unless approved with reservation and based on local price.
- Young drivers can drive in the following car group : 19 years old -MBMR, EDMR. 20 years old - CDMR, CDMD, CWMR, CDAR, IDMR, IDAR, IWMR, IWAR. 23 years old- SDMR, SWMR, SDAR, SWAR, FVMR, PVMR.
- Out of Office Hours Service: Must be approved €33.00 + vat.
- Pick up &Delivery: Inside the city €10+ local taxes. Outside the city €10+ 0.7 per KM+local taxes
- Additional Items (to be paid locally at rental location):
