- השובר כולל: ק"מ ללא הגבלה, THW ,CDW, מע"מ ודמי נמל.
CDW- כיסוי בגין נזק לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית)
THW- כיסוי בגין גניבה לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית)
- ביטול עסקה: ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
- מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
- איחור מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
- מינימום גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 21 עם ותק של שנתיים רישיון לפחות (ראה מטה מידע עבור תוספת נהג צעיר).
- חובה להציג רישיון נהיגה ישראלי [כרטיס פלסטיק] + רישיון נהיגה בינלאומי בתוקף (את שתיהם) ודרכון.
- כרטיסי אשראי מכובדים לפיקדון: ויזה, מאסטרקארד, קאבל ודיינרס קלאב. תשלום במזומן אינו מתקבל.
- מעבר גבולות: ניתן לחצות למדינות הבאות בעלות של $150.00 דמי מעבר גבול - צ'ילה, אורוגוואי וברזיל. (חציית הגבול לברזיל מוגבלת לנסיעה לפוז דו איגואסו בלבד.) יש להגיש בקשות לחציית גבול לפחות עד שבוע לפני תאריך ההשכרה ולקבל אישור.
- גובה השתתפות עצמית נע בין $400.00 - $1800.00 לפי סוג הרכב.
הכיסוי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב. - יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
- איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
- הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
- דמי שירות בעלות מקומית יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
- השכרה בכיוון אחד: באישור מראש ובתוספת תשלום יש לבדוק בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.

- נהג נוסף: $7.00 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה $100.00 + מע"מ.
- נהג צעיר (21-23 שנים): $15.00 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה $350.00 + מע"מ.
- כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): $10.99 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה $80.00 + מע"מ.
- כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): $10.99 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה $80.00 + מע"מ.
- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): $10.99 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה $80.00 + מע"מ.
- כיסא בוסטר (8-12 שנים): $10.99 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה $80.00 + מע"מ.
- מערכת ניווט (GPS): $15.00 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה $180.00 + מע"מ.

Additional information – Argentina
a1. Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, CDW, TP, THW, Airport Fee and Tax.
a2. Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee. If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.
a3. No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
a4. Late return of vehicle of over 29 minutes will be charged an additional rental day based on local rates.
a5. Minimum driver’s age must be 21 with a valid driving license of at least 2 years. (see below details for young driver charge)
a6. Customer must present an international driving license and Passport.
a7. Credit cards accepted: VISA, Master Card, Cabal and Dinners Club. Payments in cash are not accepted.
a8. Cross Border: You can cross into the following countries for a $150.00 cross border fee - Chile, Uruguay and Brazil. The cross border to Brazil is restricted for traveling only to Foz do Iguaçu. Cross border requests should be submitted at least 96 working hours prior the date of rental.
a9.Excess Amount: Ranging from $400.00 - $1800.00 depending on the type of vehicle.
the coverage doesn't include damage to the vehicle's underbody, tires, windshields, and roof.
a10. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
a11. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
a12. Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
a13. Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations, based on local rates.
a14. One Way Fees: Must be approved in advance with extra charge, customer must check the cost at the time of the booking.

a- Additional Driver: $7.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge $100.00 for rental.
a- Young Driver (21-23 years): $15.00 + VAT per day / Max Charge $350.00 for rental.

a- Toddler Seat (1-3 years): $10.99 + VAT per day / Max Charge $80.00 for rental.

a- Booster Seat (8-12 years): $10.99 + VAT per day / Max Charge $80.00 for rental.
