1. השובר כולל:
ק"מ ללא הגבלה THW , TP, CDW, מע"מ ודמי נמל.
CDW- כיסוי בגין נזק לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
THW- כיסוי בגין גניבה לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית)
2. ביטול עסקה : ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
- מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
3. איחור מעל 30 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
4. גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 21 עם וותק של שנתיים חובה להציג רישיון נהיגה בינלאומי ודרכון.
5. מקסימום גיל לנהיגה הינו 75 עם וותק של שנתיים חובה להציג רישיון נהיגה בינלאומי.
6. מעבר גבולות: ניתן לחצות גבול ל צילה , אורוגוואי ולברזיל בעלות של 100.00 $ ליום + מיסים מקומיים
יש לקבל אישור מהספק לפחות 3 ימי עסקים לפני תאריך לקיחת הרכב, על הנהג להציג מראש צילום דרכון וצילום רישיון נהיגה.
7. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
8. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
9. הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
10. דמי שירות בעלות מקומית יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
11. השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק היא בין 900 $ עד 2100$ בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
12. השכרה בכיוון אחד: באישור מראש ובתוספת תשלום יש לבדוק בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.
13. איסוף/החזרה מעבר לשעות הפעילות:25.00 $+מיסים מקומיים באישור ותיאום מראש.
14. תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):
- נהג צעיר: גילאים 21-22, 5.001$ ליום + מיסים מקומיים.
- נהג נוסף: 7.00 $ ליום + מיסים מקומיים (מקסימום להשכרה 100.00$+מיסים מקומיים)
- מערכת ניווט (GPS) 15.00$ ליום + מיסים מקומיים. (מקסימום להשכרה 180.00$+מיסים מקומיים).
- כסא תינוק:)גילאים 0-12חודשים) 11.00$+מיסים מקומיים (מקסימום להשכרה 80.00$ + מיסים מקומיים)
- כסא תינוק: (גילאים 1-3) 11.00$+מיסים מקומיים (מקסימום להשכרה 80.00$ + מיסים מקומיים)

1. Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, CDW, TP, THW, Airport Fee and Tax.
2. Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee.
If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.
No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
3. Late return of vehicle of over 30 minutes will be charged an additional rental day based on local rates.
4. Minimum driver’s age must be 21 with a valid driving license of at least two ears. Customer must present an international driving license and Passport.
5. Maximum driver’s age must be 75 with a valid driving license of at least two year. Customer must present an international driving license.
6.Cross Border: permitted only to Chile, Uruguay and Brazil with a charge of 100.00 $ per day + Vat.
Must be approve in advance 3 days before the pickup date, Customer must provide a copy of his passport and driver's license ahead.
7. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
8. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
9. Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
10. Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations, based on local rates.
11. Excess charge of $900-$2100 will apply in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. Insurance does not cover underbody damage, tires, windscreen and the roof of the caused to the vehicle.
12. One Way Fees: Must be approved in advance with extra charge, customer must check the cost at the time of the booking. .
13. Out of hour's service: $25.00+VAT must be approved in advance.
14. Additional Items (to be paid locally at rental location):
- Young driver fee: 21-22 years old, 15.00 $ per day + Vat.
- Additional Driver :7.00 $ per day + VAT(Maximum charge $100.00+VAT)
- GPS: $15.00 per day + VAT Maximum charge $180.00+VAT..
- Baby seat :( 0-12 Months) 11.00 $ per day + VAT (Maximum charge $80.00+VAT)
- Baby seat :( 1-3 age) 11.00 $ per day + VAT (Maximum charge $80.00+VAT)
- Booster Seat: (4-7 age) 11.00 $ per day + VAT (Maximum charge $80.00+VAT)
- Snow Chains: 16.00$ per day+ VAT (Maximum charge $100.00+VAT).

- Ski Rack: $26.00 per day +VAT. (Maximum charge $100.00+VAT).
