CDW - כיסוי בגין נזק לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
THW - כיסוי בגין גניבה לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית)
- ביטול עסקה: ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
- מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
- איחור מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
- לקטגוריות PDAR וPFAR נדרש 2 כרטיסי אשראי בינלאומיים על שם הנהג הראשי לפיקדון בתחנה.
- מינימום גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 19 שנים עם ותק של שנה רישיון לפחות (ראה מטה מידע עבור תוספת נהג צעיר)
טבלת הגבלות נהיגה בבולגריה - מעבר גבולות: בעלות של דמי מעבר גבול בסך €60.00 + מע"מ להשכרה. מתונה באישור מראש מהסניף, יש לבקש מינימום 72 שעות של עסקים לפחות לפני מועד האיסוף.
לא ניתן לחצות גבול למדינות הבאות: בריטניה, טורקיה, קוסובו, אלבניה, רוסיה וכל מדינות ברית המועצות לשעבר. - יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
- איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
- הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
- דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה נזקים וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
- השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק נעה בין €750-1800€ בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי הביטוחי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
- תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):
- נהג נוסף: €4.17 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה €50.00 + מע"מ.
- נהג צעיר (מתחת לגיל 24): €6.00 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה €72.00 + מע"מ.
- כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): €6.00 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה €72.00 + מע"מ.
- כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): €6.00 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה €72.00 + מע"מ.
- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): €6.00 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה €72.00 + מע"מ.
- כיסא בוסטר (8-12 שנים): €4.17 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה €50.00 + מע"מ.
- מערכת ניווט (GPS): €9.00 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה €108.00 + מע"מ.
- שרשראות שלג: €4.17 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה €50.00 + מע"מ.
- גגון סקי (או קופסא): €4.17 ליום + מע"מ / מקסימום להשכרה €50.00 + מע"מ.
Additional Information – Bulgaria
- Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, CDW, THW, Airport Fee, and TAX, Winter Tires, Additional Driver.
- Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee. If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 euros +VAT will apply.
- No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
- Late return of vehicle of over an hour will be charged an additional rental day at local rates
- Categories PDAR, PFAR requires 2 credit cards for deposit on the name of the main driver.
- Minimum driver’s age must be 25 with a valid driving license of at least 1 year (See table of driving restriction in Bulgaria).
Young driver charge: Between ages (19-25 years) 6€ per day+ VAT, MAX 72€ per rental + VAT. - Cross Border: charge of €60+ VAT, Crossing Border is allowed all European Union countries and Non EU countries. Must be approved in advance at the time of the booking, OR at least 72 hours before pickup require send passport +driving license
Not allowed to cross border: Turkey, Kosovo, Albania, Russia and EX USSR countries.
- Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
- If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
- Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
- Charge of 30€ for handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations and Damage.
- -Excess charge is €00- €1800.00+local Tax will apply in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. Insurance does not cover underbody damage caused to the vehicle.
