2. ביטול עסקה :ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ.
3. מדיניות אי הגעה: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה הרשום בשובר מכל סיבה שהיא, יחול חיוב בסך של 95 יורו + מע"מ.
4. איחור מעל חצי שעה בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
5. חובה להציג רישיון נהיגה ישראלי ורישיון נהיגה בינלאומי בתוקף.
   
   
6. גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו מינימום 22 שנים עם וותק של שנתיים רישיון לפחות למעט התחנות המפורטים להלן: דונקסטר - גיל מינימום של 24 שנים, לידס סיטי - גיל מינימום של 24 שנים, שדה התעופה לידס/ברדפורד - גיל מינימום של 24 שנים, פרסטון - גיל מינימלי של 26 שנים, רידינג - גיל מינימלי של 25 שנים, שפילד - מינימום גיל 25 שנים

   גיל מקסימום הינו 75 שנים בתחנות הבאות: Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton, Pembroke, Carmarthen .

   גיל 22 ומעלה: MCMR ,ECMR ,CFMR ,CDMR

7. גובה השתתפות עצמית לפי קבוצת רכב:
   
   
   
8. מעבר גבולות: ניתן באישור מראש לחצות למדינות ולאיים ברכישת ביטוח מעבר ים וגבולות (כולל צפון ודרום אירלנד). התשלום יבוצע בתחנת האיסוף בלבד. המחיר נקבע בהתאם למספר הימים אשר השוכר ישהה מחוץ לגבולות אנגליה.
   כל רכב היוצא מגבולות המדינה חייב באישור כתוב מיורופקאר אנגליה לפני היציאה.
   לקבוצות רכבים – LDAR ,PWAR ,PDAR לא ניתן לצאת מחוץ לגבולות המדינה.
   
   
9. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
10. השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק היא בין GPB 1600.00 – GPB 2500.00 בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
11. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
12. הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
13. דמי טיפול בגובה 40.00 GBP + מיסים מקומיים, יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
14. מס עומס באזור לונדון - 12.00 GBP ליום + מס מקומי, הינו מס חובה ומשולם בתחנה בלבד, לא ניתן לשלם מראש.
15. איסוף/החזרה מעבר לשעות הפעילות (בתחנות ללא Key-box): GBP 50.00 + מיסים מקומיים ובתיאום מראש.
    החזרת רכב והשארת המפתח בתיבת מפתחות: שדות תעופה ללא עלות, ערים ותחנות רכבת 20.00 GBP + מיסים מקומיים ובתיאום מראש.
16. השכרה בכיוון אחד: ניתן באישור מראש, יש לבדוק עלויות בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.
17. במספר תחנות איסוף, יש לשלם מס מקומי נוסף בעת איסוף הרכב. יש לבדוק מראש.
    
    
18. תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):

- נהג נוסף: GBP 18.34 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה GBP 183.26 + מיסים מקומיים.

- נהג צעיר (22-26 שנים): GBP 46.42 + מיסים מקומיים ליום.

- כיסא תינוק (0-12 חודשים): GBP 15.82 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה 158.22 GBP + מיסים מקומיים.

- כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): GBP 15.82 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה 158.22 GBP + מיסים מקומיים.

- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): GBP 15.82 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה 158.22 GBP + מיסים מקומיים.

- כיסא בוסטר (8-12 שנים): GBP 15.82 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה 158.22 GBP + מיסים מקומיים.

- מערכת ניווט (GPS): GBP 14.87 + מיסים מקומיים ליום / מקסימום להשכרה GBP 148.70 + מיסים מקומיים.

Additional Information – United Kingdom

1. Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage (28 rental days onwards are limited with mileage for additional information please send an e-mail to reservations-ob@europcar.co.il), CDW, THW, VAT.
2. Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee. If the reservation cancelled within 48 hours from the pickup date, a cancellation fee of €45.00 + VAT will apply. 
3. No Show Policy:  In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
4. Late return of vehicle of over than half hour will be charged an additional rental day based on local rates.

5. Must present an international driving license.

6. The minimum driving age is 22 years with at least valid of 2 years driving license except for the stations listed below: Doncaster - minimum age 24 years, Leeds City - minimum age 24 years, Leeds/Bradford Airport - minimum age 24 years, Preston - minimum age 26 years, Reading - minimum age 25 years, Sheffield - minimum age 25 years

The maximum age is 75 years at the following stations: Plymouth, Exeter, Taunton, Pembroke, Carmarthen.

7. Groups of vehicles allowed for rental by age:
22 and above: MCMR, ECMR, CCMR, CDMR
23 and above: CWMR, CFAR, CCAR, IVMR, IFAR, SFMR, SFAR, SWMR, CZAC, CZAE, CDAE, DDAR
25 and above: PDAR, LDAR, PWAR, FVMR, FVAR.

8. Cross Border: Must be approved in advance, Vehicles may be taken abroad (including Northern Ireland / Southern Ireland) but renters will be required to purchase Overseas cover.
Any vehicle rented requires written permission from Europcar UK by means of obtaining a  - completed VE103 form prior to departure. The charge is per day and to be paid at the local pick- up station. For car group PDAR, PWAR and LDAR Its not allowed to cross border.

9. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
10. Excess charge of GPB 1600.00 – GBP 2500.00 will applies in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. Insurance does not cover underbody damage, tires, windscreen and the roof of the caused to the vehicle.
11. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
12. Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
13. A charge of £40.00 handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations.
14. London Congestion Charge: 12.00 GBP + VAT per day, mandatory tax payable locally cannot be paid in advance.
15. After hour's service: 50.00 GBP + VAT must be approved in advance.
Returning a vehicle and leaving the key in a key box: Airports free of charge, cities and train stations 20.00 GBP + local taxes and by prior arrangement.
16. One Way Fees: Must be approved in advance, on the time of the reservation.
17. Some pick-up stations may require an additional Tax to be paid locally. Please check in advance.

18. Additional Items (to be paid locally at rental location):

- Additional Driver: 18.34 GBP + VAT per day / Max charge 183.26 GBP + VAT.

- Young Driver (22-26 years): 46.42 GBP + VAT per day.

- Baby Seat (0-12 months): 15.82 GBP + VAT per day / Max charge 158.22 GBP + VAT.

- Toddler Seat (1-3 years): 15.82 GBP + VAT per day / Max charge 158.22 GBP + VAT.
