1. השובר כולל:
ק"מ ללא הגבלה, ,THW , CDW צד ג', מיסים מקומיים, מע"מ ודמי נמל.
CDW - כיסוי בגין נזק לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית).
THW - כיסוי בגין גניבה לרכב (עם השתתפות עצמית)
2. איחור מעל שעה בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
מדיניות אי הגעה: אי איסוף רכב במועד השכירות שנקבע בשובר ההשכרה יהיה כרוך בחיוב של 95 אירו + מע"מ
3. גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 18 עם וותק של שנתיים רישיון. (ראה מטה מידע עבור תוספת לנהג צעיר)
4. מעבר גבולות : ניתן לצאת עם הרכב לארה"ב עם תוספת ביטוח יציאה 10USD בתוספת מיסים מקומיים – באישור מראש ועל פי תעריף מקומי.
מותר לנסוע למרכז אמריקה. בעת נסיעה לבליז וגואטמלה יש לשלוח מכתב או אימייל לתחנה 48 שעות לפני תאריך האיסוף שלו. נסיעה לגואטמלה תקפה רק כאשר הלקוח חוצה את הגבול דרך מדינת צ'יאפס.
הלקוח יצטרך לשלם תוספת של 10USD בתוספת מסים ואגרות חיוב יומיים כאישור להוצאת הרכב מהמדינה. הנהג/לקוח יצטרך לרכוש ביטוח אחריות צד ג' בבליז או בגואטמלה.
בעת נסיעה למרכז אמריקה: Europcar לא תכסה כל נזק, במקרה של תאונה או גניבה. הלקוח יצטרך לשלם 100% מהנזקים או משווי הרכב הכולל.
5. יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.
6. איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.
7. הרכב יימסר עם מיכל דלק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו עם מיכל מלא כדי להימנע מדמי שירות. מומלץ לשמור את הקבלה של תחנת הדלק האחרונה שבה מולא הרכב לפני מסירתו בחזרה לתחנת ההשכרה
8. דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.
9. השתתפות עצמית במקרה של נזק - בין 2750.00$ - 800.00$ בהתאם לסוג הרכב. הכיסוי הביטוחי אינו כולל נזקים למרכב התחתון של הרכב, צמיגים, שמשות וגג הרכב.
10. השכרה בכיוון אחד : באישור מראש ועל פי תעריף מקומי – יש לבדוק מול הספק.
11. תוספות נוספות (תשלום בחו"ל בסניף ההשכרה):
- נהג נוסף: 10.00$ ליום + מיסים מקומיים
- נהג צעיר: בין הגילאים 18-24 , 10.00$ ליום + מיסים מקומיים.
- מערכת ניווט (GPS): אין
- כסא תינוק: (עד גיל שנה ): 10.00$ ליום + מיסים מקומיים .
- כסא פעוט: (גילאים 1-3): 10.00$ ליום + מיסים מקומיים.
- כסא לילד (גילאים 4-7): 10.00$ ליום + מיסים מקומיים.
- כסא בוסטר לילד (גילאים 8-12): 10.00$ ליום + מיסים מקומיים.
1. Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, Third party cover, CDW, THW, Location Service Charge, Airport Fee and TAX.
2.Late return of vehicle of over an hour will be charged an additional rental day at local rates.
No Show Policy: In case the customer does not collect the vehicle for any reason, there will be a charge of €95.00 euro +VAT.
3.Minimum driver’s age must be 18 with a valid driving license of at least two year. (See below details for a young driver)
4. Cross Border: Travel to United States from northern states is allowed: customer has to purchase border insurance "USA" for 10 USD per day plus taxes and applicable fees.
Travel to Central America is allowed. When driving to Belize and Guatemala a letter or email should be sent to the station 48 hours before his pick up date. Traveling to Guatemala is only valid when customer is crossing the border through the state of Chiapas. The customer will have to pay an additional 10 USD plus applicable taxes and fees daily charge as a permission for taking the vehicle out of the country. The driver/customer will need to purchase a third party liability insurance in Belize or Guatemala.
When traveling to Central America: Europcar will not cover any damage, in case of accident or theft. Customer will have to pay 100% of the damages or the total car value -
Every border crossing Must be approved in advance from the local station.
5. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
6. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
7. Vehicle is rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full to avoid a refueling service charge. We suggest keeping the last fuel invoice before returning the car to its rental agency.
8. Handling fees will apply for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations.
9. Excess charge of: $800.00 –$ 2750.00 will apply in case of loss or damage to vehicle according to car group. Insurance does not cover underbody damage caused to the vehicle.
10. One Way Fees: Must be approved in advance with a local fee, check with the supplier.
11. Additional Items (to be paid locally at rental location):
-Additional driver: 10.00$ per day + local taxes.
-Young driver surcharge: 18-24 ages, 10.00$ per day + local taxes.
-Navigation system (GPS): Doesn't apply in country.
-Baby seat: (0-1): 10.00$ per day+local taxes.
-toddler seat: (1-3 age): 10.00$ per day+local taxes.
-Child seat: (4-7 age): 10.00$ per day+local taxes.
-Booster seat: (8-12 age): 10.00$ per day+local taxes.
