מידע נוסף – ארצות הברית
- השובר כולל: ק"מ ללא הגבלה , כיסוי בגין נזק/גניבת הרכב (ללא השתתפות עצמית), ביטוח צד ג' עד מיליון דולר, שירותי דרך, אגרת רישוי ונהג נוסף ללא עלות.
- ביטול עסקה: ניתן לבטל עסקה עד 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב ללא דמי ביטול. במידה וההזמנה תבוטל בטווח של 48 שעות ממועד תאריך איסוף הרכב , יחול חיוב בגין דמי ביטול על סך 45 יורו + מע"מ .
- מדיניות אי הגעה/איסוף הרכב: במידה והלקוח לא אסף את הרכב בתאריך הלקיחה המצוין בשובר ההשכרה מכל סיבה שהיא, יחולו דמי ביטול מלאים!
- איחור מעל 29 דקות בהחזרת הרכב יחויב ביום שכירות נוסף עפ"י התעריף המקומי.
- חובה להציג רישיון נהיגה בתוקף ישראלי ובינלאומי (את שתיהם).
- מינימום גיל דרוש לנהיגה הינו 19 עם ותק של שנתיים רישיון לפחות (ראה מטה מידע עבור תוספת נהג צעיר) - אין גיל מקסימום!

- שכירת רכבים במדינות Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Washington מותנית במעבר למדינות הבאות בלבד

- שכירת רכבים במדינת Florida מותנית במעבר למדינות הבאות בלבד
Alabama, Florida and Georgia.
- שכירת רכבים במדינת Georgia מותנית במעבר למדינות הבאות בלבד
Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
- שכירת רכבים במדינת ILLINOIS מותנית במעבר למדינות הבאות בלבד
Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, and Kentucky.

יש להחזיר את הרכב במצב ניקיון סביר וזהה למצב בעת המסירה. רכב שיוחזר במצב ניקיון בלתי סביר יחויב בהתאם למחיר המקומי הנהוג. באחריות השוכר לבדוק את מצב הרכב בעת המסירה בסניף היציאה.

קנס עישון - אם הרכב מוחזר עם ריח של עשן תחויב עמלת ניקוי עשן של עד 250 $ כדי להסיר את ריח העשן.

איבוד מפתחות הרכב או נזק למפתחות ילוו בחיוב השוכר. הכיסוי הביטוחי מתבטל במידה שמפתחות הרכב הושארו בתוך הרכב בעת הגניבה ו/או לא הוחזרו לחברת ההשכרה.

הרכב יימסר עם טנק מלא ומומלץ להחזירו מלא כדי להימנע מחיוב דמי שירות דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, בנוסף לעלות הקנס.

השכרה בכיוון אחד : נדרש אישור מראש עבור השכרה בכיוון אחד, יש לבדוק עלויות בעת ביצוע ההזמנה.

כיסוי ביטוחי נוסף: חתימת השוכר על חוזה השכרה הכוללת רכישת תוספות מחברת ההשכרה המקומית שאינם כלולים בשובר כגון ביטוחים שאינם חובה (PPP, PAI, UMP, וכד'), מחייבים את השוכר באחריות לתשלום תוספות אלו עפ"י מחירון חברת ההשכרה המקומית בחו"ל.

דמי שירות יחויבו עבור הטיפול בדוחות חניה, עבירות תנועה וכבישי אגרה, זאת בנוסף לעלות הקנס.

- כיסא פעוט (1-3 שנים): 16.15 USD ליום + מע"מ.
- כיסא ילד (4-7 שנים): 16.15 USD ליום + מע"מ.
- כיסא בוסטר (8-12 שנים): 16.15 USD ליום + מע"מ.
- נהג נוסף: 12.99 USD ליום + מע"מ.
- מערכת ניווט (GPS) : USD 13.67 ליום + מע"מ.
- Road Safe : שרות שניתן לרכוש תמורת תשלום נוסף בעלות של 6.99$ +VAT ליום.

Additional information – USA
1. Voucher includes: Unlimited Mileage, LDW includes Theft and Collision Damage Waiver, Liability Insurance Supplement, Roadside assistance, Licenses, Fee and Additional driver.
2. Cancellation fee: Up to 48 hours from the pickup date, without cancellation fee.
3. No Show Policy: If the customer doesn't pick up the vehicle on the pick-up date indicated on the rental voucher for any reason, full cancellation fees will apply!
4. Minimum driver’s age must be 19 with a valid driving license of at least two year' International renters must present an acceptable valid driver license issued from your country of residence.
5. Vehicle must be returned in reasonable condition to avoid cleaning charges.
6. Smoking Fee: If the Vehicle is returned smelling of smoke from any source, you will be charged a smoke cleaning fee of up to $250 to remove the smoke odor.
7. If the keys of the vehicle are not returned to the rental company, the insurance is deemed void. Loss or damage to keys will be charged accordingly.
8. Fuel Policy: Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full.
9. One Way Rentals: are on request and require prior confirmation.
10. Cross Border: Cross border to Mexico and Canada is not allowed.
Cross States Policy:
VEHICLE RENTALS ORIGINATING IN THE STATES OF ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, NEVADA, UTAH AND WASHINGTON can only be driven within the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
VEHICLE RENTALS ORIGINATING IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA can only be driven within the states of Alabama, Florida and Georgia.
VEHICLE RENTALS ORIGINATING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA can only be driven within the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
VEHICLE RENTALS ORIGINATING IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS can only be driven within the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, Missouri, and Kentucky.
VEHICLE RENTALS ORIGINATING IN THE STATE OF TEXAS can only be driven within the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas.
11. Additional Coverage’s that are not mandatory as PPP, UMP and PAI will be offered at Pickup location, and customer’s signature of rental agreement with mentioned coverage’s will charge the customer directly accordingly.
12. Service Fee will apply in addition for Parking Tickets, Toll Roads and Traffic Violations.

- Young driver (21-24 years): USD 24.87 per day + VAT.
- Very young driver (19-20 years): USD 32.32 per day + VAT.
- Baby seat (0-12 months): USD 16.15 per day + VAT.
- Toddler seat (1-3 years): USD 16.15 per day + VAT.
- Child seat (4-7 years): USD 16.15 per day + VAT.
- Booster seat (8-12 years): USD 16.15 per day + VAT.
- Additional driver: USD 12.99 per day + VAT.
