Car Rental in the Czech Republic

1. Voucher must be presented at rental location.
2. Albar serves as an Arbiter between the customer and the rental company abroad as well as for aspects
related to the reservation process. Albar is not responsible for the quality of service and information supplied by the local rental company abroad.
3. The Rental Voucher is a confirmation of payment for the rental services as stated in the voucher (Number of days, car group, etc) and is not part of the rental agreement. The rental company abroad
is responsible for the quality of service and items supplied as stated on the signed rental agreement.
4. No refund will be issued for partially used vouchers, including if mentioned by a representative of the local rental company abroad.
5. Confirmation is for Car Group only and similar models may be supplied.
6. A Rental Day is based on 24 hour periods commencing at pickup time. Late return of vehicle will be charged according to local rates. It is recommended to plan the Pickup hour based on the estimated return hour to avoid additional charges.
7. Minimum Rental Age is usually 25 and is also based on car group in certain countries. Must be checked when making the reservation.
8. An Israeli Drivers License valid for a minimum period of 12 months is required, International Drivers License, International Credit Card, all on the renters name as stated in the voucher.
The credit card will be used to ensure the payments and supplements which you will be obligated to pay at the pick-up location. The credit card shell also serve as a deposit for the car rental supplier The minimum deposit amount will be equal to the deducible fees amount plus fuel costs and other charges which may apply, which are based on a local rate .please note, you must verify in advance whether the credit card has a sufficient credit line for the deposit .the car supplier shall not accept as a form of payment and/or as a deposit any cash, checks or
other means of payment, other than a credit card. If you have ordered a luxury car, you may be required to present the supplier two credit cards under the driver's name as a deposit.
9. In most countries the voucher includes CDW & TP to reduce the Excess Charge in case of loss, damage or theft of vehicle (excluding personal belongings). The Excess amount applies based on country and type of vehicle. Coverage does not include in any case underbody damage caused to the vehicle,
windshield damage, tires, theft or damage if car keys were left in the vehicle. Damage or loss to
a GPS device will be charged accordingly.
10. Additional Payments for items not included in the voucher:
Fuel - It is recommended to check a full tank was supplied at pickup and return full as well. Customer will be required to pay a fuel charge for refueling the vehicle. The fuel charge is based on the estimated liters needed to refill the tank multiplied by the rate per liter + service fee.
Drop-Off Charges may apply between countries or cities according to rental terms, Road Tax, Airport Fees, Contract Fee, A handling fee will apply in case of damage, Young Driver, Additional Driver, Child Seat, Toll Roads, Parking Tickets and Traffic Violations.
Local tax will apply for all the additional items mentioned, if not included in voucher. Additional Items are based On Request and will be supplied upon availability. Customer’s signature on a rental agreement for additional non mandatory items and coverage’s as PPP, PAI, UMP, Etc will be paid directly by customer to the local rental company according to the local tariff.
11. When making the reservation, customer must check issues related to driving restrictions as entrance to certain countries, transportation on ferryboats, etc.
12. Cancellation Fee: $15.00 + VAT for every change or cancellation to a reservation.
For cancellations less than a week from pick up date, there will be an extra charge of a one day rental.
13. No Show Policy: a no show fee of € 45,00 will apply in case that the customer failed to pick up the car the at the pick-up time written in the voucher .
