Dear Customer,

We thank you for choosing to rent a car with Albar
Prior to leaving the country please make sure you have:
1. The rental voucher.
2. An international driving license + a valid Israeli driver's license - Be sure that the details are the same on both.
3. A valid international credit card in the name of the lessee whose name appears on the voucher, with raised letters (non electronic /Debit-Card)
4.The credit card is used as a deposit when renting and as a measure for chargingadditional fees abroad if necessary.
5. For U.S. car rentals, an additional driver is required to present an international driver's license and an international credit card in his name.

The Voucher

1. The voucher is the booking and confirmation of payment for the booking, and is not part of the rental contract that will be signed with the local rental company, which is the sole bearer of the responsibility for the booking. The rental is subject to the terms of the rental contract to be signed abroad by the customer and the local rental company at the time of rental.
2. A rental day is 24 hours following receiving the vehicle. Any delay in its return and / or extension of the lease beyond the number of days paid for in Israel will be charged according to the price list abroad plus CDW insurance and TPas well as domestic taxes. Albar holds no responsibility and / or control over it.
3. The voucher is valid only for the lessee, the rental branch, the date and the time listed on it. Any changes in the details listed are the sole responsibility of the lessee. In any case of delay (flight as well) beyond the pick-up time registered on the voucher, the vehicle may not be available at the station. In such case, it is advisable to inform the station by phone (the phone number appears on the voucher) However, this does not guarantee the reservation of the vehicle until the time of arrival.
4. There is no refund for unused days of the rental voucher.
Credit Card, Driving License and Age
1. It is the lessee's (in name of whom the voucher is registered) duty to present an international credit card or two valid credit cards.
2. The lessee shall present at the rental station a valid Israeli driver's license and a valid international driver's license containing identical information.
3. The lessee's driver's license must have been registered at least one year prior.
4. The minimum age of lessee is 25 unless otherwise specified at the time of booking and / or on the terms of the lease.
5. There are countries where a higher minimum age and longer driving experience are required, and an additional charge for young driver insurance will be charged, this should be verified when booking.

Insurances

1. In most cases, the voucher includesCDWand TP insurance
CDW - Collision Damage Waiver- covers damage to the rented vehicle and any third party vehicle.
In any event there will be, and so will be charged an initial deductible in the event of damage, and as is customary in that country according to the type of the vehicle
TP - Theft Protection- covers theft of the rented vehicle.
In any event an initial deductible will apply in the case of theft, as determined in that country depending on the vehicle.
2. "Darkonit Larechev" - deductible reimbursement insurance - may be purchased in advance at the time of booking (if you have purchased "Darkonit Larechev", see insurance policy attached to the voucher).
3. Important to know! Insurance does not cover any damage to the following: Lower undercarriage, tires, glass, use of wrong type fuel, keys left in the car, lost keys, driving under the influence of alcohol and / or under the influence of drugs, and all reckless driving.
4. Insurance and additional coverage not included in the rental voucher may be purchased at the time of signing the rental agreement abroad. The signature is binding and may not be appealed.
5. At the time of pick up at the station abroad, you should check if it is required to present a police report in the case of damage and / or theft.
Vehicle Group and Model
1. Booking is only by vehicle group. The vehicle type, model, engine size, or the size of the trunk are not guaranteed.
2. The rental company abroad may lease out a vehicle defined by it as being equivalent or belonging to a higher vehicle group.
3. A request for upgrading will be accepted depending on the availability of vehicles only, at the discretion of the local rental company abroad.
