In London, a toll is collected from all vehicles entering the city during rush hours, Mondays to Fridays, between 7:00 and 18:30. Enforcement on travel speed does exist and it is certainly required to obey the rules.

A double yellow stripe signifies that parking is not allowed in this area, and a single continuous yellow stripe means that parking is not allowed until 18:30, on Mondays thru Saturdays.
